Students seeking admission against vacant seat in Ist BDS for Academic Year 2016-17 are hereby informed to follow the following procedure:
1. Application form can be downloaded from our website.
2. They should submit the application through Registered Post/Speed Post/E-mail/By Hand so as to reach the college on or before 5:00 PM on 05.10.2016, with the copies of following documents -

A. NEET UG 2016 :- Admit Card
B. NEET UG 2016:- Statement of Marks
C. Marks Sheet of HSC:-
D. Passing of HSC:-
E. Marks Sheet of SSC:-
F. Passing of SSC:-
If applicable
G. Caste Certificate:-
H. Caste Validity Certificate:-
I. Non Creamy layer Certificate:-
J. Undertaking for Caste Validity Certificate ( as per proforma given)
3. The display of the Merit list will be on 05.10.2016 at 8:00 pm
4. Last Date of Admission of the selected candidates from the Merit List last upto 07.10.2016,
2:00 pm
5. Applicants who had applied in response to our advertisement dated 27.09.2016 need not
apply again.
