Kindly go through the Instructions carefully and keep the document ready before applying for the award:

* Same research project cannot be submitted for more than one category of Research Award.

* Applicant can submit only one research project in one category of Research Award.

* Applicants (if eligible) can apply for not more than two Awards with two different research projects.

* Applicant cannot submit the same research project which he/ she had submitted in previous editions of Research Award.

* Certificate by Head of the Department (HOD)/ Head of the Institution, where the student is studying or faculty member is affiliated, should be uploaded (in the format provided below). The Certificate should be printed on the Institution’s letter head, along with the stamp & seal of the Institution.

* For Padmavibhushan Prof. Dr R A Mashelkar Award for Best Patent in Oral Healthcare (National level) the applicant should upload a Published/Granted /Filed Patent certificate.

* Application, once submitted, cannot be modified or re-submitted.

* Please keep the following information about your research project ready in the word format before applying for the Awards.

Project Title
Abstract: 300 words (Maximum)
Introduction: 100 words (Maximum)
Aim and Objectives: 100 words (Maximum)
Material and methods: 300 words (Maximum)
Result: 500 words (Maximum)
Conclusion: 100 words (Maximum)
Clinical Relevance: 50 Words (Maximum)
Corporate Scope: 100 words (Maximum)
Any Other relevant Details : 100 words ( Maximum)

Application will be rejected in the following cases:

* Submission of the same research project which was submitted in previous editions of Research Award.

* Non-eligibility for the Research Award as per the criteria (Please refer to Brochure).

* Disclosure of personal details/ identification in any input fields of ‘Project Details’.

* Do not attach link of document in any input field.
